organized by Nuffnang & Resort World Genting~ ♥

well i never know tat Resort World Genting having their own brand of mooncake
paiseh but im not really a fan of mooncake
cox it's quite sweet for me.. & quite fattening?? *tongueout*

anyhow i just knew RW Genting ad has 7 years of history in mooncake production
wow how could i nvr realize it in these few years..duhhhh
so here's my duty to intro Genting Mooncake to y'llif u're as blur as me & nvr know abt their mooncake teehee
okay so here comes our mooncake tasting session

so here's our beloved mooncakes~

especially the mango paste~ im big fans
both of the mango & kiwi paste can actually melt on ur tongue
its not too sweet tats y i love it
White Butter Skin with Pandan Sweet Corn Paste Yolk - RM11.00 Healthy White Lotus Paste with Spirulina Skin - RM11.50 |
and the pandan sweet corn paste inside taste simply nice & creamy
i miss the corn smell ermmm
while the green skin is actually spirulina
which is really healthy for us, as the lotus paste is lesser sweet also
better option for me if compared to other mooncakes in market

its not strong, just simply has the aroma of ginseng
with the sweetness of red dates yum~
it's totally the best match with chinese tea #love
and the price is so much affordable, how can u say no to this mooncake?
while the chestnut mooncake has a very nice nut smell
and yea, its not too sweet also
absolutely the best for chestnut lovers wee

its like can break into pieces by itself
i superb dislike it, so i removed it everytime before i eat the mooncake
but RW Genting mooncake change my perception
bcox the yolk texture in their mooncake is amazingly soft & smells nice
finally i can taste the best yolk hahaha

then here's our mooncake making session
these are our ingredients & tools:
- flour, golden syrup, oil, water
- mooncake mould, roller
while those mooncake skin 'balls' (smaller) & paste filling 'balls'(larger)
were made by Chef Gan in earlier time

man who can cooks is always handsome haha
then he shows us how to wrap the lotus paste inside the skin
some hand movement like push & roll
kinda tricky for me ishh
and everybody tryin to wrap it hehe

hmm actually i rolled the skin twice only can make it hahaha
finally into the mould, squeeze squeeze & knocked it out phew~
tadaa~ my complete mooncake with the ugly markings ahaha
so now i can cook & ready to get marry ad
